About LaTeXTool

Mathematics was the one subject Nitin never had to force himself to love — it always felt obvious and easy. In high school he took maths as his major subject and scored 90+ out of 100 without ever giving it his full hundred percent. That fluency carried straight through an engineering degree, where mathematics quietly powered everything he built.

After graduation, working on an education technology project, he ran into mathematics wearing an entirely new face: LaTeX — the precise digital language in which the maths he loved gets written, published, and shared. Seeing beloved equations come alive as beautifully typeset documents was, in his words, kind of amazing — like meeting an old friend in a new world.

But the tools for everyday LaTeX work felt slow and clunky: hand-coding tables, hunting down symbol commands, copy-pasting equations into Word. So he built the fast, focused instruments he wished existed — and LaTeXTool is the result.
